Can I return something from the UK?
In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted hardware product* within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned with all parts in an unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging together with the returns form. *Drip tips and clearomizers are non-returnable unless faulty for health & hygiene reasons. All e liquid is strictly non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
What about returning from outside of the UK?

How do I return something?
To return an item, we recommend using your local Post Office's Royal Mail Signed For service. Please ask for proof of postage and a receipt—this ensures that if something goes wrong, it can be traced.
Make sure your return is packed securely, and that the address is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. Include your name, order number, and the reason for the return on a note inside the package. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.

Can I return a faulty item?
Yes, you can return a faulty item within the 6-month warranty period.
However, before sending anything back, we suggest contacting us by phone, email, or live chat. This allows us to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue without a return.
If a fault is identified upon return, we will refund your postage costs (up to £5) and either replace or refund the faulty item. If the item is found not to be faulty, we will explain the situation and return the item to you free of charge.

What if I’ve received an incorrect item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please send us a picture of the item and your receipt (including the picker and packer details in the top-right corner). We will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

How does it work if I want a refund?
We will refund you using the same payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your bank or PayPal to process the funds. In many cases, it’s processed on the same day.
